Your Mortgage

Next to the home you’re buying, nothing is as important as your mortgage.  Nothing replaces the advice and counsel you get from a great mortgage banker.  While I love technology, you simply can’t afford to leave your mortgage in the hands of an algorithm.  Best of all, it costs you nothing to have the advantage of a top mortgage banker.

Did you know that shopping for rates is a mistake?  Or that very often the person you talk to at that website is not a banker?  How about fees?  They aren’t the same at every lender.  How about explaining that there’s over 30 varieties of, for example, the 30 year fixed rate loan?  This is not as easy as online mortgage calculators seem. I’ve worked with all of these bankers.  Every one has been a mortgage professional for over 20 years and this alone says a lot.  If you choose someone else, be sure they’ve got a very long history as a senior banker specializing in residential properties.
