A lot is going on this week in Bergen County.  We have 2 live theater plays, nature center hike, 5K run, Chrishell Stause at Bookends in Ridgewood, Black History at the library and chocolate at The Hermitage. This is also American Heart Month.  Because it is, medical centers like Holy Name, Hackensack, Valley or Englewood have programs on how to maintain a healthy heart.  Now let’s see what we have…

The biggest Thanksgiving week event is Thanksgiving itself.  Whether you are with friends, family or helping serve turkey to the homeless, I hope you have a great day on Thursday. Bergen County celebrates Thanksgiving week with high school football and shopping too.  Because traditional rivalries have their annual game on Thanksgiving, graduates see each other there.
