Demarest NJ is the place to be this coming Saturday You don’t have to own a Demarest home to enjoy the festivities. Just bring yourself and get ready for a lot of fun at Oktoberfest.
Saturday October 12th will be the 32nd annual Oktoberfest Celebration & Craft Fair held at the Duck Pond in Demarest. It’s such a popular event that it attracts thousands of people. They stop by for wonderful craft items by top level craftspeople and all the fun things you’d expect and more.
There’s German music and German food, all sorts of other types of food vendors, Korean
delicacies, inflatable rides for children and canoe rides down the Duck Pond stream for young and old alike. Sponsored by the Demarest Nature Center you’ll find tables with information on what the Demarest Nature Center has to offer. You can also sign up to become a member of the nature center too.
This is a really fun day that has become one of the most popular fall events in Bergen County. So whether you own a Demarest home or not, come on down to the Duck Pond and enjoy the annual Oktoberfest where everyone is welcome!
